Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of sophisticated AI models and algorithms, leveraging cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.
- Drive the execution of AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-impact, scalable, and efficient AI solutions.
- Conduct advanced research and analysis to stay ahead of the curve in AI technologies, exploring new methodologies and tools that can be integrated into our projects to maintain our competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, data science, and operations, to define AI strategies and integrate AI capabilities into our products and services.
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering an environment of learning and growth within the team and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
- Implement robust, scalable data processing and machine learning pipelines, optimizing for performance and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of data.
- Lead by example in code and model quality, participating in code reviews, model validation, and setting benchmarks for AI solutions within the team.
Requirements & Skills:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, with extensive experience in using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages, and familiarity with software development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI projects, including experience in project planning, execution, and delivery within a dynamic business environment.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, AI, machine learning, or a related field, showcasing a strong theoretical and practical background in AI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to tackle complex challenges and drive forward innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams, articulating vision and strategy, and driving collaboration across the company.
