Python Engineer

Ziverge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of innovative software solutions. With over 5 years of professional experience, you will leverage your deep expertise in Python and its frameworks to make significant contributions across various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop performant, scalable applications using Python, employing best practices and innovative approaches to meet our high standards for software excellence.
  • Work with a range of frameworks and tools to deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our applications.
  • Optimize application performance and integrate data storage solutions, focusing on efficiency and scalability to handle our growing data needs.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to meet project goals, working closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver on our company's vision and objectives.
  • Maintain a heavily tested code base, participating actively in code reviews to ensure the highest quality of code delivered by you and your team.
  • Collaborate closely with support, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless and continuous delivery of high-quality software.
  • Embrace a remote working environment, contributing effectively to the team's objectives and milestones through strong communication and teamwork.

Requirements & Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Python development, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Python and its ecosystems.
  • Mastery of Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc., and a solid understanding of ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
  • Demonstrable experience with front-end integration and server-side logic, showcasing a proficient ability to bridge client-side and server-side components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
